Stock Grading
Any stock marked with the "Grade 1" icon is classified as "new stock." This indicates that we ensure the item's condition, and any issues will be rectified.
Any stock labeled with the "Grade 2" icon is considered "clearance stock." This means it has been released by the source company to make room for new inventory. While not sold as 'brand new,' these items have never been sent to customers or previously sold. Most of this stock comes directly from the warehouses of leading UK mail-order and high street companies and is expected to be in excellent condition. However, there is a chance of receiving seconds or items with warehouse-related damage, and we do not accept returns on these items.
Any stock marked with the "Grade 3" icon is classified as "returns stock," which makes up the majority of our inventory. This grade is assigned due to the item’s history—typically sold to a retail buyer and then returned. Items in this category may be new, used, faulty, or damaged, and may even include items suitable only for parts or scrap. Purchasing items with this grade carries a risk of partial or total loss of your investment, and returns are not accepted.
